Having worked in various roles within the corporate industry has a strong financial and Commercial set of skills that he uses to lead the company, Adam is passionate about customer service and ensures Pharo Asset Services and everyone within the company is aligned with the values the business has set.

The founder of the company, now focusing on strengthening our customer relationships with over 40 years of experience within the cleaning industry, Tim plays a key role in customer service, and providing strategic help and support with decision making.
Operations Manager
Having progressed from a cleaner to the Operations Manager, his experience and role is vital to ensure our business operates in an efficient way, from client enquiry to finished product Lucas ensure the product is delivered to our clients.
Internal Operations
Coming from a corporate background and having worked as a cleaner for many years, so understanding the business and the challenges that the cleaners face. John’s role is to assist with the processes and procedures.
Branch Assistant
Has a very busy role within the business, assisting with a lot of the daily functions, training the cleaners, and supporting the operations staff to ensure that we can overcome the challenges we face quickly.

Dan oversees running the Coffs Harbour operation from end to end, ensuring all aspects of the business are running like clockwork!
