Having progressed from a cleaner to the Operations Manager, his experience and role is vital to ensure our business operates in an efficient way, from client enquiry to finished product Lucas ensure the product is delivered to our clients.
Coming from a corporate background and having worked as a cleaner for many years, so understanding the business and the challenges that the cleaners face. John’s role is to assist with the processes and procedures.
